Job Responsibilities

• Supervise assembly of trucks.
• After assembly, inspect various parts of trucks, including brake systems, wheel bearings and steering mechanisms to ensure they are in the proper condition to operate effectively
• Ensure day to day operations runs smoothly.
• Diagnose malfunctions in defective equipment by inspecting and testing using devises such as motor analyzers, handheld computers and chassis charts to determine how to address problems
• Ensure parts conform to factory specifications by inspecting and verifying clearances and dimensions
• Constant liaison with mechanics, manager & business partners from China

Job Requirement:

• SPM/STPM, Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and parts regularly
• Excellent customer service skills
• Technical certification
• Previous experiences (at least 2 years) in the Automotive/ Heavy Machinery industry
• Good command of spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (A little knowledge in Mandarin to communicate with suppliers/read manuals)

Experience:

• Mechanic: 3 years (Preferred)
