Looking for potential and passionate Customer Service Executive (Earn up to RM4500)

What will you learn and be part of?

Receive industry-best training that will equip you with soft and technical skills for the role.

Gain confidence in meeting and exceeding the expectations of our global customers.

Get comfortable in handling emails and calls and potentially chats

Perform audits and check for bookings made via brand.com, online travel agents, direct channels etc.

Perform basic admin duties: outbound emails to guests to follow up arrangements based on the requests received upon reservations

Support with system and process enhancement if any

Maintain and record data

Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Leaders

What are we looking for?

Excellent spoken and written in English.

Pleasant personality with good communication skills

Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience

Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service

Computer literate and internet savvy.

Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for delivering World Class customer service.

Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations)

Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards

Open to Malaysian only.
