Get comfortable in handling emails and calls and potentially chats
Perform audits and check for bookings made via brand.com, online travel agents, direct channels etc.
Perform basic admin duties: outbound emails to guests to follow up arrangements based on the requests received upon reservations
Support with system and process enhancement if any
Maintain and record data
Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Leaders
What are we looking for?
Excellent spoken and written in English.
Pleasant personality with good communication skills
Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience
Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service
Computer literate and internet savvy.
Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for delivering World Class customer service.
Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations)
Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
Open to Malaysian only.
