Candidates have at least an SPM or Diploma certificate2. At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the customer service field are preferable3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply4. Required language (s): English & Malay, Mandarin OR Cantonese5. Able to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment6. Flexible and able to adapt to fast changes7.
