Job Description

The Service Management Specialist will work closely with the Service Management Manager to design, optimize, and maintain accounting and payment processes. This role will involve creating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), developing process maps, providing team training, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who excels at analytical thinking and problem solving, has exceptional process mapping skills, and is capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Service Management Manager in designing and optimizing accounting and payment processes.
• Develop and maintain templates and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting and payment service delivery.
• Create process maps and flowcharts to clearly outline workflows and steps involved in service delivery.
• Provide training on newly developed processes to internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance current processes.
• Resolve issues that arise within the service delivery team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post-Graduate, or Professional Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry with focus on Accounting and Finance.
• Experience with Europe/US business processes, particularly in payroll, banking, and accounting, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio.
• Experience with accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, and Xero is a plus.
• Knowledge of Excel Macros will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English
