The GSAM is accountable for all aspects of public cloud management in an enterprise environment for NTT DATA Business Solutions. Ensuring public cloud services are delivered in line with global standards, and compliances and available to SLA expectations. Reports to Service Owner. Works service oriented & globally. Operational leadership and authority to issue directives for all locations. Manages the operational service execution in a Service Area globally. Operational responsibility for the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall quality of delivery in the Service Area. Measures and controls internal critical metrics. Cooperates with Team Lead in mid-to-long-term resource planning + utilization. Plans and defines resource demands in close cooperation with Team Lead + Staffing Manager Supports Team Lead in yearly personal reviews & appraisals Budget (Profit & Loss) responsibility. Approves and rejects time recording.
