Sales and Marketing

Develop sales & marketing plan and execute the plan to achieve yearly sales target
Identify current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key requirements
Provide service solution to potential and existing customers

Technical Advisory and Product Advocate

Attend to customers\' technical and commercial inquiries and provide technical/sales support to ensure customers\' satisfaction
Communicate service solutions effectively, demonstrating market leadership and expertise
Interact with customers\xe2\x80\x99 engineering teams/lab user to illustrate solutions
Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc
Develop customer\'s staff by providing technical information and training
Training/Developing support material for other members of the sales team

Service Standards and Customer Relationship Management

Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents
Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements
Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM system

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Schedule:
