s:
- The Service Sales Specialist is a vital member of the Service Business unit.
- Responsible for the sales and renewal of service contracts and Support Agreements.
- The role of the position is to be a highly proactive \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d single point of contact for customers and to manage the long-term customer relationship, in coordination with other regional team members.
- Contributes to the positive of a team environment that total customer satisfaction requires.
- Maintains and develops their territory\xe2\x80\x99s customer database through input of information related to service and support agreements
- Must have in-depth knowledge of service products including service agreements, customer training programs and associated target markets.
- Must possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of increasingly responsible experience in a sales and renewal agreement.
- Ability to create and sustain a culture that puts a high priority on responsivenessto customer needs and that values a high degree of customer satisfaction.
