Their duties include greeting diners and taking their orders, communicating with members of the kitchen about orders and carrying meals or beverages to the correct tables.They may also answer customer queries about the restaurant and menu, and assist various restaurant staff when necessary.:Your responsibilities as the Waiter/ Waitress will include but not limited to:\xc2\xb7 Provide excellent customer services\xc2\xb7 Always strive towards best customer satisfaction\xc2\xb7 Greet customers and present menus\xc2\xb7 Make suggestions based on their preferences\xc2\xb7 Take and serve food/drinks orders\xc2\xb7 Up-sell when appropriate\xc2\xb7 Arrange table settings\xc2\xb7 Keep tables clean and tidy at all times\xc2\xb7 Check products for quality\xc2\xb7 Deliver checks and collect payments\xc2\xb7 Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff\xc2\xb7 Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines\xc2\xb7 Maintain regular communication with staff and management through meetings and discussions.\xc2\xb7 Keeping up to date with all local law enforcement rules & conditions on Typhoid & Food Handlers Course. Its a MUST to obtain the Typhoid & Food Handlers Course by all employees in which all documentations will be retained by the company for Law Enforcements checks.Requirement:Candidate must have the following requirement:\xc2\xb7 Malaysian Citizen\xc2\xb7 Valid Typhoid & Food Handler Certificate\xc2\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent preferred.\xc2\xb7 Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment\xc2\xb7 A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with restaurant staff\xc2\xb7 Able to work on shift\xc2\xb7 Does high-quality work while unsupervised.\xc2\xb7 Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.\xc2\xb7 Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food & drinks when necessary.\xc2\xb7 Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.. Have valid typhoid & food handler certificates\xc2\xb7 Computer Literacy, Second Language a PlusJob Types: Permanent, Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
