We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused
Service Support Coordinator
to join our operations support team. The role is responsible for coordinating service requests, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and billing processes to support global accounts and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate
service requests, billing, and documentation
for assigned clients.
Maintain and update rate cards, price lists, and service order information.
Track purchase orders (POs), manage updates in
SAP
or related systems, and ensure accurate billing.
Prepare invoices, initiate correction requests, and secure necessary approvals.
Monitor and report
collections status
by region and key clients.
Handle
vendor renewals and purchase requests
through Zendesk or similar tools.
Maintain operational knowledge base pages and ensure proper documentation.
Support internal teams with service-related data, reports, and updates.
Requirements
Excellent
time management and prioritization skills
.
Strong communication skills in
English
; ability to coordinate with clients globally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tools such as
SAP, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
.
Experience managing internal knowledge bases using platforms such as
Confluence or Jira
.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-service driven.
Basic understanding of billing or service coordination workflows.
Experience in
sales administration, operations support, or service coordination
preferred.
