Job Description
1. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for leveraging ServiceNow to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 2. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including configuring modules, workflows, forms, and integrations, to meet client needs and objectives. 3. Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices, solution architecture, and implementation strategies. 4. Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages to extend platform functionality and meet specific business requirements. 5. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
