Provide expert consulting advice based on industry best practices.
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, with a focus on portal experiences.
Conduct system analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement ServiceNow best practices and standards.
Offer technical guidance and support to clients and project teams.
Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
Design and develop web components using AngularJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, and CSS.
Utilize strong knowledge of AngularJS and JavaScript, particularly with widget customizations.
Implement scripting, business rules, script includes, and scheduled jobs within the ServiceNow platform.
Create client scripts, UI actions, and custom portal elements.
Develop and modify Angular templates.
Implement field validation using HTML and Angular.
Create and implement complex portal pages, widgets, and macros.
Implement designer-provided user interfaces, ensuring alignment with UI designs across various portal pages.
Resolve UI performance bottlenecks and complex widget defects.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release notes.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with a focus on Portal Experience.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in AngularJS, JavaScript, widgets, and macros.
Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices and IT service management processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
