Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead multiple ServiceNow ITSM service implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements Manage at least one full-cycle ITOM implementation, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, primarily using Javascript, to customize and optimize platform functionalities. Implement ServiceNow integrations leveraging OOD Service Integration capabilities and Web Services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Apply Agile methodologies to manage project deliverables and support a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure secure and reliable platform performance by integrating LDAP, VPN, and SSL components. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to guarantee high-quality deliverables and system reliability. Maintain working knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including common applications and integration approaches.

Skill Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4-6 years of professional experience in ServiceNow solution implementation Proven track record of leading ITSM ServiceNow implementation projects Hands-on experience in ITOM implementation, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping. Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow OOD Service Integration and Web Services. Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies. Familiarity with LDAP, VPN, and SSL components. Excellent problem-solving, testing, and debugging skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of the ServiceNow applications ecosystem and integration techniques.

Other Requirements (Optional):

ServiceNow certification (such as Certified Implementation Specialist) is highly desirable. Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus. Familiarity with other ITSM/ITOM platforms and tools. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,425.36 - RM13,000.00 per month
