Job Title:

ServiceNow PPM Developer / Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development & Configuration

Plan and implement ServiceNow PPM upgrades, enhancements, and new module configurations. Design and configure ServiceNow PPM modules including Project, Demand, Resource, Timesheet, and Financials. Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and system integrations. Customize PPM dashboards, reports, and scorecards for performance tracking and visibility.

Process Improvement

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Optimize project governance, resource utilization, and portfolio performance tracking. Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and user experience within the PPM environment.

Integration & Support

Integrate ServiceNow PPM with other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, Finance). Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis. Ensure platform stability and compatibility during system upgrades and releases. Manage incident resolution and issue tracking for internal users and teams.

Governance & Best Practices

Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials. Stay current with ServiceNow releases, applying relevant new features to PPM solutions. Maintain comprehensive testing protocols to certify PPM applications post-upgrade. Provide regular progress and status reports to supervisors and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow PPM implementation, configuration, and platform administration. Proven track record of successful ServiceNow PPM deployments in a lead or key developer role. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and integrations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
