Bachelor's Degree in
Information Technology
,Computer Science
, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience:
3-5 years of demonstrated experience in
ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
implementation, configuration, and platform administration.Proven track record of
successful deployments
andend-to-end PPM solution delivery
as a lead or key contributor.Technical / Functional Skills
Strong hands-on experience with
ServiceNow PPM modules
(Project, Demand, Resource, Timesheet, Financials). Proficiency inServiceNow platform configuration
, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and UI customization. Experience integrating ServiceNow withenterprise systems
(e.g., HRMS, Finance systems, or third-party tools). Familiar withworkflow automation
,form design
,REST/SOAP integrations
, andCMDB utilization
. Understanding ofproject and portfolio management best practices
,governance models
, andperformance reporting
. Exposure toAgile/DevOps environments
and familiarity withServiceNow release management
processes.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
