Ari x Gato is a Japanese cafe bar that brings together good food, matcha and craft beer in a unique, creative space.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately Serve food and drinks according to service standards Ensure tables, service areas, and dining spaces are clean and tidy Assist with basic setup and clearing of tables Handle customer enquiries and feedback politely Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service Follow hygiene, safety, and SOP guidelines

Requirements:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Prior F&B or service experience is a plus (training provided) Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed
