Job Description

- Work and manage various external parties - warehouse, transporter and sales office. Ensure smooth shipment arrangement and documents flow.- Managing Logistics daily operation and documentation.- Ensure smooth and clear communication in all areas.Job Responsibilities:- Manage SG customers and finished goods stocks.- Receive an order from SG customers and co-ordinate with SG 3rd party warehouse.- Ensure no overdue payment prior to processing order.- Check stock availability in SAP vs physical with 3rd party SG warehouse.- Process order, plan and co-ordinate delivery/outbound with 3rd party SG warehouse.- Generate Delivery Note from SAP and share to 3rd party warehouse for their arrangement to deliver the goods to each customer respectively.- Follow up delivery status and ensure to receive DN with acknowledgement by the customer (sign and company stamp).- Raise new order to IT and MY factory for SG market based on forecast/order form provided by the Sales team.- Notify 3rd party warehouse for the incoming/inbound stock from IT and/or MY factory.- Responsible to process receiving of inbound stock into SAP.- Responsible as well manage inventory report and physical of all stocks type: -\xc3\xbc Finished goods - inbound and outbound\xc3\xbc Stocks as samples\xc3\xbc Expiry stocks\xc3\xbc Disposal stocks- Come from food industry background and knowledge with temperature control environment - trucking, warehouse and dealing directly with transporter will be added advantage.Job Requirements:- Must have a passport to travel to SG when needed.- Degree in Logistics and supply chain.- Minimum 3 to 5 years Logistics.- Good knowledge of oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia- Microsoft & SAP System is a must.If you encounter difficulties, please for technical assistance.Best viewed with Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Chrome 30 or higher and Firefox 10 or higher
