Assist in marketing pitches to grow both retail and institutional AUM. Key Responsibilities: To manage and monitor all portfolios and security holdings, and to discuss with the Chief Investment Officer- Equity their strategy, performance, and level of risk given client mandate parameters. To coach and train the portfolio managers to improve their competence and skills to enable them to produce superior and consistent performance To join the Equity Meetings and provide actionable inputs To support marketing efforts by speaking/presenting the investment products and services to potential clients, as well as to obtain additional capital injections from existing clients. To ensure that mandates and funds are managed in accordance with the client's instructions or prospectus. To maintain fund performance in the top two quartiles for Unit Trust mandates and top quartile for institutional mandates. To monitor investment risk in the portfolios. To administer advisory and outsourced funds. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Economics/Finance/Science and Engineering. Hold Master Degree in Economics/Finance is preferable.. - . Professional Accountancy Bodies or CFA 15 years+ experience in equity markets and more than 10 years experienced in fund management, with a successful track record of assets selection and portfolio management Strong in-depth knowledge of macroeconomic & market trends Familiar with the Local and Regional equity markets.
