To support supervisor in deal evaluation and execution, portfolio management and reporting
To assist to manage and monitor individual investments
To perform business and financial research and analysis
Key Responsibilities:
General
Facilitate effective and timely execution of transactions in compliance with policies and regulations
Ensure timely preparation and execution of relevant documents with professional quality and attention to details
Ensure proper and complete filing.
Ensure assignments are successfully completed within specified time frame
To liaise with officials of relevant regulatory authorities, external professionals, management of investee companies as well as departments/companies within the RHB Capital Bhd group of companies.
Investment and Divestment
Assist in deal evaluation and execution
Perform business and financial research and analysis and valuation modeling
Assist in due diligence exercise including review of legal documents
Assist in preparation of Board papers and updates
Portfolio Management and Monitoring
Assist in the management and administration of the overall Private Equity business and business entities
Manage and monitor existing investment portfolio
Highlight any red flags and issues in a timely manner where relevant
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports where required.
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Accounting, Finance or Business Studies.
- . ACCA, CFA, ICAEW, CPA, IFOA, SOA preferred
Prior experience in corporate finance or audit industry is preferred
3 - 5 years working experience
Possess financial analysis and modeling skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point. Knowledge in Bloomberg is a plus
Good analytical skills and business acumen.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
