Primary Objective:

• To support supervisor in deal evaluation and execution, portfolio management and reporting
• To assist to manage and monitor individual investments
• To perform business and financial research and analysis

Key Responsibilities:

General

• Facilitate effective and timely execution of transactions in compliance with policies and regulations
• Ensure timely preparation and execution of relevant documents with professional quality and attention to details
• Ensure proper and complete filing.
• Ensure assignments are successfully completed within specified time frame
• To liaise with officials of relevant regulatory authorities, external professionals, management of investee companies as well as departments/companies within the RHB Capital Bhd group of companies.

Investment and Divestment

• Assist in deal evaluation and execution
• Perform business and financial research and analysis and valuation modeling
• Assist in due diligence exercise including review of legal documents
• Assist in preparation of Board papers and updates

Portfolio Management and Monitoring

• Assist in the management and administration of the overall Private Equity business and business entities
• Manage and monitor existing investment portfolio
• Highlight any red flags and issues in a timely manner where relevant
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports where required.

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Accounting, Finance or Business Studies.

- . ACCA, CFA, ICAEW, CPA, IFOA, SOA preferred

• Prior experience in corporate finance or audit industry is preferred
• 3 - 5 years working experience

• Possess financial analysis and modeling skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point. Knowledge in Bloomberg is a plus
• Good analytical skills and business acumen.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
