Description Primary Objective: Support the Head of Group Business Banking Credit Risk in the following functions:- Develop, review and implement RACs for higher risk sectors for Malaysia operations and overseas operations. Address pertinent credit risk issues and follow up with business on action plans undertake impact studies where required. Preparation of thematic reviews with continuous enhancement to the scope of risk dimensions and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Champion, drive and contribute towards strategic risk initiatives and ad hoc projects to support the business units. Proactively engage business counterparts to better understand the prevailing business environment and devise appropriate strategies for effective credit risk management of Business Banking lending / financing portfolio. Produce high quality thematic reviews that encompasses multi-dimensional and forward-looking risk analysis. Develop and review the RAC for non-retail loans / financing portfolio. Assess the credit risk and provide independent comments on new product / product variation proposals recommended by Group Business Banking. Develop and produce credit risk lending guidelines and risk strategies for Business Banking. Provide feedback to Group Credit Policy team on relevant policies / guidelines contents to be enhanced for Business Banking. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Business Studies, Economics, Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Legal Studies or other relevant disciplines.. 10 years in the banking industry with solid experience in corporate and commercial credits. Leadership skills. Good interpersonal skills. Good business acumen and ability to apply practical risk management solutions to business environment. Excellent ability to analyze data and interpret credit performance metrics. Conversant in using Microsoft Office applications.
