Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SHE Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving safety, health, and environmental standards across all manufacturing processes. The SHE Executive will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies, promoting a safe working environment and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.

Safety and Health



Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable SHE regulations, standards, and best practices within the manufacturing process. Conduct regular SHE audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. Assist in the preparation, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. Provide safety training and awareness programs to staff and new employees, ensuring they understand and follow safety protocols. Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending measures to prevent re-occurrence. Review and update risk assessments, safety data sheets, and other documentation as necessary. Coordinate emergency response drills, including first-aid, fire drills, and evacuation procedures. Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure that SHE considerations are embedded in all operations and projects. Ensure proper waste management and environmental protection practices are in place and followed. Support the management in ensuring the proper use and maintenance of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and proactive improvement initiatives. Review Permit To Work and Risk Assessment prior to starting work Participating in SHE weekly and Monthly meetings and facilitating the employees on SHE implementation at the site Preparing the monthly UAUC analysis and SHE statistics

Environmental:



Prepare and organize legislative monitoring such as water, noise, and air monitoring. Prepare, review, and update environmental investigation and recommendation reports. Obtain, update, and maintain plans, permits, and standard operating procedures. Provide technical-level support for environmental remediation and litigation projects, including remediation system design and determination of regulatory applicability. Inspect industrial and municipal facilities and programs in order to evaluate operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Develop proposed project objectives and targets, and report to management on their progress. Assess the existing or potential environmental impact of land use projects on air, water, and land. Develop site-specific health and safety protocols, such as spill contingency plans and methods for loading and transporting waste. Coordinate and manage environmental protection programs and projects, assigning and evaluating work. Design systems, processes, and equipment for control, management, and remediation of water, air, and soil quality.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
