Key responsibilities

• To adhere to all in-house GMP and safety rules. Any kind of abnormalities / accidents must be reported to Electrical Engineer immediately.
• To plan and perform day to day shift jobs or jobs assigned on daily basis by Superior
• To record daily job done in SAP system. Any handover jobs / issues on the shift must be highlighted to superior.
• To perform troubleshooting and repairing for any breakdown happens in the shift
• To perform Hourly, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Inspection List assigned by Superior
• To check and record all the equipment\'s checking daily based on the Daily Checklist.
• To plan and carry our CIP PM activities and any additional works based on the CIP list given by Engineer
• To perform and record all the jobs requested in CMMS, as per assigned by Engineer or Scheduler
• To record and update all the spare parts used in every shift accordingly
• To maintain the cleanliness of workshop during each shift
• To fully involve in Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM)
• To record and update all the spare parts used daily and to work together with Storekeeper to maintain the stock level.
• To supervise all the jobs done by external vendors / suppliers by adhering to our requirement, GMP standard and Safety rules.
• Other jobs assigned on day to day basis by Electrical Engineer or Shift PIC for productivity improvement

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic discipline or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years\' of related experience in similar job functions
• Able to work and commit to rotating shift (Morning / Afternoon / Night)
• Computer literate - familiar with MS Excel, MS Words
• Must have a good knowledge & understanding maintaining, verification, calibrating and repairing electrical equipment
• Able to execute and monitor daily preventive and corrective maintenance work with good technical skill
• Dynamic, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Should be comfortable working in a fast changing and growing global environment where accountability, quality, timeliness are key components
• Knowledge/experience in basic PLC programming and SAP is an advantage
