Your new responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a group of manufacturing specialists and operators in the shift to ensure 100% HC turn up rate to support the operation activities.
• OT & Leave planning management to DL according to loading plan to fulfill the headcount capacity requirements.&Plan for production crew training plan, certification and development;&Assistant to Operation Manager to monitor the overall shift performance includes all aspects (hold lot follow up, people management, 5S and head count productivity)
• Responsible to manage the overall HC skill matrix balancing;&Assists and address the employee related issue such as competency & disciplinary incorporated with HR / ER.&Involvement in any misprocess or handling issue incidents investigation related to human handling.
• Organized and manage the manufacturing activities to meet the productivity, quality and cost target.&Ensure the daily WIP Turn Ratio (WTR) are being achieved with the MOVES target achievement set by line steering at wafer fab bottleneck tools/ processes.
• Initiate and manage productivity improvement project. Liaise with Production Control on capacity and loading issues to achieve optimum capacity utilization.
• Review production control system to enhance and strengthen information capturing and control. Employee integration to the shift to maintain the retention rate.
• Managing people and recognize the good behavior / practice to encourage the good manufacturing practice. Responsible for 5S execution and sustaining at the productions area.
• Handle other assigned task such as direct material handling for production and engineering Usage.

What we look for

• At least a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management
• With Wafer Fab Operation experience will be advantage
• Possess SQL knowledge or excel macro programing skill will be advantage
• Willingness to be working on shift (7pm -7am & 7am-7pm)
