Shift Technician (CRAC) Roles and Responsibilities: To perform preventive maintenance and remedial maintenance on data centre equipment. To troubleshoot and fix problems related to data centre equipment. To assist the Senior Technician, Technical Engineer, Senior Technical Engineer, Team Lead Technical Service Department & Technical Service Manager to conduct preventive maintenance and services such as Power Audit Services, Thermal Scanning Services, Grounding measurement, & electrical switchboards preventive maintenance, off-line load test and on-line load test. To standby at site for activities such as genset testing, TNB power outage, HT switchgear servicing, migration of loads and other activities related to the data centre. To install & perform testing and commissioning of data centre equipment such as CCTV , card access , UPS, CRAC units, Split Unit Air-conds, Water Detection System, Vesda system and etc. To perform other works as instructed by the Lead Facility Engineer & Critical Facilities Manager as and when required. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least possess Diploma or Bachelor \'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Professional Certificate in Refrigerator and Air-Conditioning. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field. CRAC experience is an added advantage. Experience involved in preventive, predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, execution and manning. Able to contribute effective solutions to solve issues. Positive and aggressive working attitude, able to think critically, a good team player and able to work independently. Willing to work on shift hours.
