About the Role



We are looking for a motivated

Customer Service Coordinator

to join our team. This role involves managing booking processes, export/import documentation, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities



Booking Process



Create bookings based on customer instructions Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and country-specific requirements Process amendments or cancellations promptly Prioritize tasks using urgency and FIFO discipline Track errors and drive continuous improvement

Export Documentation



Prepare Bills of Lading (BLs) according to customer shipping instructions Validate BLs against compliance requirements Update revenues accurately per shipping instructions Maintain records in databases/Excel with error-free outputs

Import Documentation



Prepare arrival notices and import invoices on time Ensure invoices are raised accurately following checklists Record productivity in relevant applications Support regional requirements with timely execution

Qualifications and requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 0-3 years of experience in customer service or operations (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) Experience working in a 24/7 operations environment is an added advantage Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule Strong multitasking and time-management skills Fast and accurate typing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
