Previous experience in shipping and administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges proactively.
Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipping and logistics activities, including processing orders, arranging shipments, and tracking deliveries.
Prepare shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
Communicate with freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Handle shipping-related inquiries and resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies.
Assist with inventory management, including stock counting and maintaining stock records.
Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling phone calls.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.
