Handles the shipping arrangement with forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products.
Coordinates with production planner/scheduler for the shipment schedules and ensure that goods are ready on time.
Liaise with IQC team for the inspection of documents prior shipment and send shipment notification to the customers and sales team for tracking purposes.
Supports overseas office by providing quotation and transport solutions, when necessary.
Receives and validates incoming goods and provides assistance to Store activities as and when required.
Generates documentation for billing to finance and ensures all shipping documents are in place.
Performs other duties as and when assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE "N" level or equivalent certificate.
At least 1 year relevant experience in handling shipment matters.
Possesses planning and time-management skills, good in communication and computer skills.
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to start work immediately.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
