Prepare goods for departure, including creating and verifying shipping documents, labels, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Liaise with carriers (couriers, freight lines, steamship lines), negotiating rates, and scheduling pickups and deliveries.
Monitor shipments in transit to ensure timely arrival at the correct location.
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch according to schedule.
Monitor container loading process and inform haulier for container truck?in and truck?out.
Submit booking and update daily shipping reports.
Assist superior on any job assignment
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 year of working experience in a related field (logistics, shipping, or administrative support).
Proficient in computer systems, especially shipping platforms, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Good communication skills in both English and Malay.
Detail oriented and responsible in coordinating shipment schedules and liaising with third-party providers.
Working Days & Hours:
Monday - Friday : 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Saturday : 8:00AM - 1:00PM
(5.5 working days per week)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
