Job Responsibilities: 
\xe2\x80\xa2 Planning, organizing and managing export operational activities by ensuring effective shipping documents preparation and submission for both local and mainly export shipment (Eg: Stocks allocations, vessel booking, scheduling, shipping documentations, inspection arrangement, custom declarations form etc). 
\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for effective outgoing logistics planning and tracking of customer order, delivery schedule, delivery instructions in order to ensure on time delivery & meet customer satisfaction. 
\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for order processing includes Sales Order, Delivery Order until invoice preparations to be ready on time which are controlled, monitored, supervised or operated by this position.
