Accountable for all export and import custom documentation, transportation and freight for export and import shipment.
Work closely with internal parties, customers, freight forwarder to ensure smooth shipment progress and on time delivery.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistic systems, import & export procedures.
Monitoring of import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
Knowledge of LMW process, regulation, and related custom report.
Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) shipment & documentation for submission to bank.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar preferred.
Min 8 years working experience is required.
Experience in using ERP system and preparing shipments.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken)
Excellent coordination and organization skills and able to multi-task
Positive attitude, detail oriented and meticulous person.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
