ebay CBT Shipping is a fast-paced, exciting, and innovative team responsible for developing cross border supply chain solutions to keep improving customer experience globally.


We are seeking for a Project Management Role responsible for supporting/managing IT projects (Shipping & Supply Chain) for eBay CBT shipping. The successful candidate will work closely with shipping partners to design shipping platform, design & manage system flow of shipping / supply chain project, provide tech support on existing shipping / supply chain project.

Responsibilities:

Provide IT support for eBay Shipping Platform (API Consultant, Carrier Integration, Customer Service) Work with strategic partner to design flow for new shipping product Work with strategic partner to manage system integration with different carriers Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Project Management Skill, Strong customer obsession, proven track record of delivering results based on customer needs Self-starter who is excited about technology and e-commerce environment Comfortable of working with ambiguities, conflicting priorities and aggressive timelines Fluent in Chinese and English Code Skill in JAVA & SQL Willingness to work across multiple time zones as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Supply Chain or Logistics/Operations. Great analytical skills and strong business judgment Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
