Job Description

Shpping:

  • Assist in managing all aspects of the shipping process, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and customs requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including documentation and tracking information.
  • Assist in developing and implementing KPIs to measure and monitor the performance of shipping operations.
  • Work with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Assist in developing and implementing training programs for shipping staff to ensure proficiency in shipping operations and safety procedures.
  • Handling customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries and complaints, maintaining all kinds of customer support and resolve customer issues by collaborating with other teams.
  • Shipment coordination includes preparing shipping documents such as invoice, packing list and bill of landing and etc.
  • To handle export transactions including knowledge in Letter of Credit, customs regulations, Form D and COO documentation requirement.
  • Undertake and perform any other ad hoc duties, task, projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, Manager and above when required.
Logistic:
  • Coordinate the movement of goods, including scheduling shipments and managing transportation logistics.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to ensure adequate supply of materials and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and standards related to transportation and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers.
  • Manage the documentation and record-keeping of all logistics activities.
  • Provide regular reports on logistics performance, including on-time delivery, cost savings, and efficiency improvements.
  • Work with other departments, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in logistics operations.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of logistic activities, such as inventory levels and transportation schedules.
  • Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Undertake and perform any other ad hoc duties, task, projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, Manager and above when required.
