Job Mission Owns the Shoes 360 Strategy execution in boutique with the ultimate goal of driving shoes performance (sales & services, retail excellence) as part of the Chanel silhouette. Develop shoes business & engage team with HOB Work with HOB to define & track shoes sales & related KPIs (E.g.: % of FA selling shoes) Manage shoes KPI: Drives sales on a daily basis, complete report for tracking / monitoring of shoes performance and share with HOB Analyzes variance against targets, devise appropriate action plan with HOB, mobilize the team to maximize sales during full price periods Recommend action plans to HOB (e.g.: incentives schemes-monetary & non-monetary, cross selling, etc.) inspire boutique team to have positive mindset towards new shoes collections; sell all shapes passing on knowledges to FA to ensure interpretation and execution of strategy Optimize Shoes Merchandise & Inventory collaborate with RM & Merch to ensure boutique is stocked with the appropriate depth & width based on guidelines work with merch team to rebalance stocks (with both shoes performance & image considerations taken in account) Share floor intelligence of shoes to office (Retail, VM, Product, Marketing and Training). Reports on client trends, competitor activity & merch movement Proactively brainstorm with office teams on how to improve rest of collections outside of sneakers / espadrilles Provide qualitative feedback during buys Enhance BOH & FOH operations to optimize client & employee experience Optimize process of getting stocks to shop floor / clients (e.g.: sufficient stock room manpower) Identify improvement areas with roster (e.g.: ensure sufficient staff in shoes area) Feedback on FOH & BOH layout to VM/RM/Boutique Managers and co-develop action plans Execute action plans Foster close partnerships Partner with expertise role in Boutique (VM/CEM/RLDP/Styling) in order to best execute and achieve shoes performances CEM: shoes client data analysis, share shoes clients action plan for FAs RLDP: advise FA on how to approach shoes clients Styling: offering shoes as part of the Chanel Silhouette Chanel is a world leader in creating, manufacturing and distributing luxury products, including Ready-to-Wear, Accessories, Fragrances, Makeup, Skincare, Jewellery and Watches.
