Job Description


  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, organizing records, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop environment.
Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits.
Support Management:
  • Assist the shop manager in various tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the shop.
  • Provide support during busy periods or special events.
