Marketing Assistant
; Requirements: - Good Attitude and willing to learn
- Management of e-commerce catalogues across multiple platforms. Ensure prices, images, descriptions are reflected accurately to the current existing products and promotional campaigns. Liaising with personnel in updating latest changes made to the catalogues. Meticulous attention to details is required to prevent minimal errors.
- Basic knowledge and execution of photo editing and promotional image editing of products.
- Handling of customer service inquiries on the brands\' social media pages.
- Fluid communication with key personnel in carrying out requested tasks.
- Key in purchase invoice and list item not received / purchase return and etc.
- Update pos posting
- Update barcode
- Filling for all outlets and check on system
- Other hoc task if required and etc
- Backup for helping at time shop (if help required)
