Shop Manager for The Spring Mall (Kuching)

At least 3 years\' retail experience in a similar capacity, managing a chain of fashion or beauty retail shops.
The candidate should have thorough understanding of retail store operations and should have strong initiative and leadership skills and excellent communications.
Must be able to work on rotation shifts, weekends & public holidays.

Tanggungjawab

Responsible for meeting sales targets of each outlet.
Feedback to management on competitive promotions / price points and suggests to management on promotional ideas and ways to improve sales.
