Job Description
Job Responsibility Responsible for meeting sales targets of each outlet. Feedback to management on competitive promotions / price points and suggests to management on promotional ideas and ways to improve sales. Following order. Job Requirements Shop Manager for The Spring Mall (Kuching) At least 3 years\' retail experience in a similar capacity, managing a chain of fashion or beauty retail shops. The candidate should have thorough understanding of retail store operations and should have strong initiative and leadership skills and excellent communications.
