Job Responsibility Ensuring the clinic operates efficiently , effectively and in orderly manner to ensure compliance of SOP procedures at all times. (Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring that all clinical services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner) Provide leadership and direction to the clinic staff, including setting goals, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures, in accordance with the organization\'s standards and regulations Maintain a safe and clean clinic environment, in accordance with the organization\'s standards and regulations. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of healthcare information systems, such as electronic health records ( HR) and practice management software. Maintain effective communication with healthcare providers, staff, and patients to ensure a well-coordinated clinic operation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient care and outcomes as well as clinic efficiency. Job Requirements Able to communicate & write in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic management, strong leadership & interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as a part of team Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills Preferably with experience in training others Job Benifits Competitive salary depending on experience Overtime Annual leave Medical benefits Company trip incentives Salary Range: RM 5,000 - RM 8,000+ ( depend on experiences and qualification)
