OBJECTIVE

:

We are hiring for a

SHOPIFY SPECIALIST

to lead the design, optimisation, and performance of our Shopify stores. Your work will directly impact our brands' conversion rates, user experience, brand credibility, and revenue.This is not a graphic design role, it is a Shopify-focused UI/UX design and CRO role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead

Shopify

store development from start to finish Perform

Shopify

conversion optimization to increase sales and improve user journeys Plan and execute

Shopify

UI/UX design enhancements aligned with brand guidelines Manage timelines and deliverables for

Shopify

website project management Troubleshoot, test, and maintain Shopify themes and apps

Collaborate

with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure the website supports company goals. Provide

leadership

and direction to junior team members or external partners.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

Technical Skills:

1+ year of hands-on

Shopify

design/optimization work. 1+ year of hands-on experience in eCommerce website performance,

CRO, or UX

. Understands and has worked on conversion rate, AOV, LTV improvements Certification in

Shopify

, Google Analytics, or CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) is an advantage. Strong English command for writing, UX details, and layout clarity.

Preferred Soft Skills

Strong ability to balance design quality, branding, user experience, and performance goals. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools, analytics, and A/B testing. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good English command for copywriting and design sense.
