Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers, assess their needs, and offer product recommendations.

Product Expertise:

Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and pricing.

Sales & Transactions:

Guide customers through the sales process, from selection to purchase, and accurately process payments using a POS system.

Showroom Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom, including product displays and restocking.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking, and potentially conduct stock counts.

Customer Relationship Building:

Foster repeat business and referrals by building strong customer relationships.

Team Collaboration:

Work with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Administrative Support:

May include processing orders, handling sample requests, and maintaining client databases.
Required Skills

Customer Service:

A friendly demeanor and a strong focus on customer satisfaction are essential.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to interact with customers and colleagues.

Product Knowledge:

The ability to learn and stay updated on product details and industry trends is crucial.

Sales Acumen:

Proven ability to drive sales, close deals, and meet targets.

Organization & Attention to Detail:

Required for maintaining showroom aesthetics and processing transactions accurately.

Teamwork:

Ability to collaborate effectively with a team to achieve common goals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
