Possess own transport
Knowledge in interior design & home furnishing is an added advantage
Sales driven, cheerful & pleasant personality
PC literate especially in Microsoft Office programmes
Excellent communication skills with ability to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage (as candidate needs to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
Able to START WORK IMMEDIATELY will be an advantage

Responsibilities
Perform sales & related activity to achieve individual and showroom sales target
Must be able to work independently to obtain sales lead and consistently promote all products
Responsible in performing sales & after sales customer service
To prepare report & documentations
Housekeeping & product merchandising display
To maintain relationship with the existing customers and building the good rapport with them.
To develop new business relationship with potential clients.
Obtain feedback from the customers and proactively resolving the customers' concerns.
Crafting solution and sales strategy to overcome sales difficulties.
To follow up with the client in a professional and courteous manner.
To ensure sales and marketing procedures and policies set by the Company are properly implemented and followed.
Working diligently and positively to achieve the sales target.
To prepare sales report when necessary or requested by the Company.
To ensure orders from the customers are properly recorded and that the products are properly delivered to the client in the specific time.
Ensuring payments for the products delivered are properly received.
To provide feedback to the Company on the market status, ways to improve the sales and other valuable information that would be beneficial to the Company as a whole.
Performing of other ad-hoc tasks relating to sales as assigned or requested by the Company.
Coordinating with other departments or employees of the Company to achieve the sales target and/or improve the sale performance.
Identifying and constantly scouting for new business opportunity through various channels and methods.
To attend product training and update with the latest development and information about the products.
