You will report to a mentor in Headquarters (Petaling Jaya /Subang Office), a highly experienced Retail Planning Specialist who will help you get up to speed and progress towards the goals we set together. As a start, you will learn the retail customer journey and operations planning and co-decide the project you will be driving forward into the implementation stage. Throughout the journey, you will experience our collaborative ways of work, best practices, and progressive winning culture to allow you to innovate and learn as you experience.What You Will Gain
