6. Strong communication with vendors, clients, and teams.
7. Able to do basic calculations involving construction materials and survey.
8. Works independently with minimum supervision when required.
9. Quick to resolve on-site and operational problems.
10. Basic technical knowledge of construction materials and maintenance.

1. Prior experience in construction and maintenance projects.
2. Possess own transport.
