Technical Proficiency:

• Fully versed in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings.

Site Management:

• Experienced in site progress reporting preparation.
• Familiarity with physical and external security systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of electrical cabling and termination works is a plus.

Communication and Reporting:

• Daily reporting and communication with the Project Manager for project updates and status.
• Preparation of detailed service reports for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair visits.
• Coordination and Collaboration:
• Coordination of site works with appointed vendors, subcontractors, and clients as required.
• Assistance to the Project Manager in subcontractor and vendor sourcing.

Travel and Documentation:

• Willingness to travel to multiple sites in the Johor region for maintenance, troubleshooting, warranty, and DLP calls.
• Preparation of method statements for planned works and as-built drawings for completed projects.

Monthly Reporting:

• Attendance at HQ as required by management for monthly progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Preferably, candidates with a Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field are preferred. However, individuals with Diplomas and relevant certificates are also encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
