Descriptions:



Document controller for the project site team which ensure all documents are compliance to Project and Company's requirement. Assist variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors Received goods and inspection of deliveries goods where possible from supplier. Monitoring and maintain project site office environment, proper filing at project site, taking care of site equipment or tools etc. Carries out administrative duties such as documentations, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Perform administrative and office support for supervisors. Ordering site office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly. Assist in monitor workers attendance on daily basis. Co-operate with superior & follow task given by superior. Ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly. Assist the site team preparing inspection form where necessary. Assist to draft minutes of site meeting as and when necessary. To assist project team from time to time

Requirements:



High school or equivalent education required Min. 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience

(Construction Industry)

Able to work full-time in Construction Project Site Computer Literate - Microsoft Word, Excel, and related. Possess own transport
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
