Job Description


:- 1. Maintaining whole office and necessities supplies and place order when necessary. 2. Organizing travel and accommodation for staffs, (e.g. book hotel room and flight ticket) 3. Arrange catering for monthly meeting held at site office. 4. Manage and keep track of weekly cash in hand. 5. Handle procurement documentation which later be post to HQ. 6. Monitoring and managing monthly attendance for both staffs and workers. 7. Manage and process monthly payroll for workers. 8. Prepare workers\' monthly advance. 9. Manage staffs\' leave application and claim. 10. Prepare requisition form (RF). 11. Keep record of fuel use by all machines and vehicles. Requirement 1. One (1) year or more experience in Site clerk (HR & Admin) in construction industries 2. Fast learner and able to multitask in job duties 3. Experience in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Power point) 4. Prefer candidate that live in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
