1. Responsible for the overall project from start till handover appropriate with official documents comply with ISO/ client requirements. 2. Assist Project Manager to keep track the site work progress and cost control at site. 3. Ensure the project deliver on time with quality. 4. Ensure site workers and sub-contractors\xe2\x80\x99 workers at the site follow the OHSAS standard and legal authorities\xe2\x80\x99 requirements. 5. Prepare the weekly project report / safety report and daily report according to the ISO and OHSAS requirements. Job Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 A minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in architectural/ interior design or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferable with knowledge and experience with M&E and Fit Out \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferable with GDL license \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to lead and understand commercial ID fit out construction DWG and MEP drawing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work long hours prior project deliverables. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to handle project independently and works under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Extremely organized with good communication skills, proactive and positive attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail-orientated (quality & finishing of the final products) with an aptitude for problem-solving.
