Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/ Secondary School/ SPM/ \'\'O\'\' Level in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Able communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work effectively and independently.
• Knowledge and experience in interior fit-out works are and added advantage.
• Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• To manage, supervise and oversee sub-con works in accordance to design and drawing specifications.
• Prepare implement and monitor project schedules and reporting on the overall quality of site works and project progress.
• Prepare products schedule and daily progress report.
• Plan and coordinate all work on site.
• To monitor the quality and workmanship of the project within the time frame and budget.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and consultants.
• To update and submit site progress status for progress billing purposes.
• Coordinate with various contractors.
