Min Men Sdn Bhd is an interior design & build company specializing in both residential and commercial projects, including high-end and luxury renovations. We are expanding our project team and welcome enthusiastic, house building professionals to grow with us.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.
Monitor progress and ensure the project timeline is followed.
Check workmanship, materials, and finishing to meet quality standards.
Report and resolve any defects or non-compliance on site.
Ensure all workers follow safety regulations and site rules.
Liaise with designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in site supervision or project coordination (construction, renovation, or related industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of site measurement, work scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic project documentation.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
Possess own transport as need to travel to project sites as required.
Language: Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, Cantonese
