Responsibilities: *

Do method statement and engineering design drawings.
Responsible for coordination and proactive management on site including site progress, sub-contractors performance and site organization.
Supervise and check the site work according to drawing, specification and schedule.
Prepare daily progress report, weekly progress report, and monthly progress report.
Monitoring site progress, identifying progress deviation, proposing mitigation plan to Project Manager / Construction Manager to reinstate deviated progress back on track.
To undertake any other ad hoc assignment which may be given from time to time.
Salary negotiable
Resolve all engineering, technical and project queries from time to time.
Familiar with civil & building works such as setting out, dumpy level, site monitoring & coordinator, Auto CAD, CPM, schedular & planning
