Job Description

HSEQ Monitor works following site-specific HSEQ Construction Methodologies, Risk Assessments, Site Rules, and Policies and Procedures together with the Site Supervisor and Site Safety Supervisor. Execute tasks at the site in compliance with Company or Client\'s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules and requirements. Comply with all Site HSE rules. Project Planning and Coordination Plan, execute, and manage day-to-day activities, including supervision and monitoring of the construction works at the project. Coordinate project by planning and monitoring progress; report project activities and resources to relevant stakeholders (internal, vendors, customers). Manage vendors and subcontractors on-site and ensure their compliance with Keller Safety Standards. Cost, Quality, and Time Propose and/or implement cost control measures to meet the project budget. Prepare and maintain good site records of all works executed; compile and submit timely commercial claims of the works. Monitor works by site-specific Construction Methodologies, Risk Assessments, Site Rules, and Keller Policies and Procedures together with the Site Supervisor and Site Safety Supervisor. Monitor quality control of the works and prepare a quality report. Ensure timely and smooth progress of works and report all the unproductive time with valid reason. Finance / Procurement / Claims / Yard Assist Project Managers and work closely with Procurement and Project Accountant ensuring purchases/costs are managed within the project budget. Accountable for compliance with the scrap process at the site. Assist the Project Manager in recording and coordinating the return of parts and machinery to the yard upon project completion. Manage and report machine utilization/machine movement. Monitor and supervise the cost allocation, especially on spare part usage. Monitor the logistic utilization in operations. Prepare and submit progress claim (including finalization of account). Delivery of Progress Claim to Client including filing (scanning) of Progress Claim Site Valuation (if any). Follow up on Payment Certificate and clarify, revise, and resubmit claim (if deviation). Preparation of as-built drawings & other submittals upon completion of the project. General Prepare (or aid in preparing) and submit documents including method statements, safe work procedures, risk assessment, site setup drawings, and other reports related to the assigned project. Read, understand, and keep updating engineering drawings and documents to ensure that site works are carried out per project specifications and requirements. Keep proper records of site activities (e.g. maintaining site diary). Ensure compliance with company or government regulations. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
